Vard Interiors is a turnkey supplier of interior, insulation, piping and HVAC-R systems for the maritime industry. We offer a variety of different interior solutions and strive to provide an attractive working- and living environment on board for our customers.
The Product Development Manager is responsible for leading the company's innovation strategy and enhancing the competitiveness of its solutions within the maritime HVAC-R, Interior, and Piping sectors. This role focuses on improving comfort, design, and energy efficiency onboard, thereby consolidating the company's position as an industry leader.

- Develop and implement innovation strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept through to market launch
- Oversee the creation and management of business cases to ensure new solutions are financially viable and meet market needs
- Coordinate production setups to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to drive product
development initiatives - Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals
Qualifications
- Relevant education within Engineering, Business or any related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Proven experience in Product Development
- Strong leadership and Project Management skills
