Product Development Manager

The Product Development Manager is responsible for leading the company's innovation strategy and enhancing the competitiveness of its solutions within the maritime HVAC-R, Interior, and Piping sectors. This role focuses on improving comfort, design, and energy efficiency onboard, thereby consolidating the company's position as an industry leader.

Duties and responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovation strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept through to market launch
• Oversee the creation and management of business cases to ensure new solutions are financially viable and meet market needs
• Coordinate production setups to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to drive product
  development initiatives
• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals

Qualifications

• Relevant education within Engineering, Business or any related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
• Proven experience in Product Development
• Strong leadership and Project Management skills
