Rubus is a platform that connects real estate developers, contractors, and homebuyers — reducing errors, cutting waste, and improving the handover and customization process in new housing projects.

We’re building a product that matters — and a team that enjoys building it together. We care deeply about what we deploy and how we work, and we believe that creating a great experience for our customers starts with creating a great experience for our team.

At Rubus, you’ll be part of a team that actually builds things people use — and where your voice matters. We're working to make the customization and handover of new homes smoother for everyone involved.

You’ll join a team of 7 developers based in Bergen, working with technologies like:

We care about writing clean, maintainable code — and we make room for learning, experimenting, and improving how we work. You’ll have a real opportunity to shape the final product, not just the implementation.

We’re looking for someone with around 3+ years of experience as a developer — but more importantly, someone who’s curious, collaborative, and cares about what they build.

Whether you’re a frontend developer, backend developer, or consider yourself fullstack, there’s room for you here.
