The challenge we solve
Humans are building larger and more complex buildings, and by 2050 we’ll build more buildings than throughout history on earth. In large indoor spaces, people often get lost or waste time trying to find their way to a specific destination. Traditional GPS doesn’t work well indoors, and physical signage is both limiting and an unnecessary environmental cost. At MazeMap we are trying to solve this challenge by automating the production and updating of indoor maps utilizing machine learning and AI with our scalable, digital mapping platform. We want to make buildings easier to navigate and help users find what they are looking for either being a classroom for lecture, the place for your hospital appointment or the closest available meeting room. As Global HR Manager at MazeMap, you'll play a pivotal role in both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our growing, international team. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll help shape our organization by driving initiatives in talent management, organizational development, and cultivating a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and innovation.
Your responsibilities will span the full employee lifecycle---from helping to craft job descriptions and managing recruitment, to onboarding, performance follow-ups, and exit interviews. You’ll oversee a range of areas from administrative tasks (like sick leave and overtime reporting) to advising managers on complex HR cases, while also leading projects that build our company culture. In addition, you'll ensure HR compliance across multiple countries and play a key role in helping to create a supportive and well-functioning work environment for our teams where we have offices.

Your profile:-
Outstanding with people and maintaining strong, trusted relationships

Analytical and structured, you collect information to help make data-driven decisions

Honest and straightforward, and others regard you as highly trustworthy

Experienced with legal and administrative HR tasks and processes, ideally with experience with more than 1 country

Facilitator of change initiatives, from improving the HR tech stack, to processes, to organizational development efforts

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Experience from an international and/or tech company is a plus

Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
