Assistant Site Facility Manager - Øystein Halvorsen

We are seeking an Assistant Site Facility Manager with knowledge and operational experience in the Facility/Site service area. In this role, you will be responsible for Kongsberg Maritimes sites in Kongsberg, and cooperate closely with other Kongsberg Maritime sites.

The Site Facility Manager is responsible for making sure that buildings and their services meet the needs of business and the people that work in them.

• Daily operations of facility services including responsibility for budget and personnel.
• Ensure Facility services is compliant according to ISO certifications, laws and regulations.
• Follow up requirements defined by the property lease contracts.
• Manage front-desk and back-office services, support services, workplace services and infrastructure services and oversee Catering and Cleaning services.
• Dealing with emergency issues that arise.
• Manage and follow up vendor contracts in close relationship with Procurement.
  
  

• Proven leadership experience and ability to implement and deliver.
• Bachelor’s degree or other relevant education.
• Knowledge and experience with Site and Facility Management services, property, Building and Infrastructure Management.
• Knowledge of security standards, laws and regulations.
• Good understanding of IT technology/systems.
• Knowledge and competence within emergency response and HSE.
• Fluent in oral and written English and Norwegian.
• You must meet safety requirements from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority: EU/EEA residency for the last 5 years and clean criminal record.
