Seasonal Storage Worker at Mall of Norway

Every summer, over 1,5 million tourists visit Flåm and Aurland. This means our shops become extremely busy, fast-paced, sometimes chaotic and we need people who can handle that with a smile. As a Seasonal Storage Worker, you play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. While your main responsibility is storage and logistics, you will also assist in shop operations when needed.

What you will do

• Receive, check, and organize deliveries

• Prepare and distribute orders from main storage to the shops

• Handle physical and stressful tasks (and situations). Around 100 cruise ships are expected to stop in our small port in the summer of 2026

• Hanle deliveries, sometimes heavy ones

• Work at high speed and multitask constantly

• Keep storage areas clean, structured, and functional

• Contribute to a positive team environment

• Assist in shop routines when required (cash register, customer support)

• Be flexible with different shifts (store opening hours: 07:45 -- 22:00)

What we're looking for

• Reliable, proactive, and structured individuals

• Comfortable with physical work and working on your feet

• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Advanced English (additional languages are a plus)

• Storage experience is an advantage, but attitude matters most

• Flexible team players willing to support different departments

• Valid driver's license (category B)

• Valid work permit to work in Norway (EU citizens only)

Availability

Applicants must be available for at least a 4-month period starting from March.

Position details

Start Date: March, April and May 2026.

End Date: End of September 2026.

Accommodation

The company offers staff accommodation to our team members. You will have your own private room, while common areas such as the kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas are shared with colleagues.

Living in staff accommodation is a social and multicultural experience. We are therefore looking for people who are respectful, tolerant, patient, and cooperative, and who feel comfortable sharing spaces and everyday routines with others.

This type of accommodation is best suited for those who enjoy a community-style living environment. Rent is deducted directly from your salary and includes electricity, internet, bed linens and a bicycle.
