Your everyday life as a ServiceNow Engineer in Squad Operations- Platform Architecture & Solution Design - you will play a pivotal role in designing scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals
- Workflow Engineering & Custom Development - develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide, and UI frameworks like AngularJS and Bootstrap
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - work closely with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
- Governance, Security & Compliance - ensure that all ServiceNow configurations and customizations adhere to security best practices and compliance standards
- Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing - act as a subject matter expert within your squad and across the organization
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation - drive digital transformation by identifying opportunities to optimize existing processes and introduce new capabilities
You will be involved in further developing operational platform and processes that supports Gjensidige's digital services.
You will be a key person in a high-performing, multidisciplinary squad and tribe that puts technology and developer experience first.
You will have the opportunity to shape how developers work in the cloud in a role where you will have both influence and implementation power.
We are looking for you who have:- Solid experience in ServiceNow platform engineering
- Hands-on expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions
- A deep understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience working across functional teams
- Strong scripting and development skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A passion for digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement
