In May 2025, DNB Markets and Carnegie united under the DNB Carnegie brand, creating the market-leading investment bank and asset manager in the Nordic region. With over 200 years of heritage each, DNB and Carnegie bring together deep expertise, global reach, and a shared dedication to solving complex challenges for our clients.
As the leading investment bank and wealth manager in the Nordics, DNB Carnegie combines talent, market insight, and a collaborative culture to unlock opportunities across borders. With offices in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark -- as well as the global financial hubs London, New York, and Singapore -- we bring Nordic opportunities to the international arena and offer a truly global platform for ambitious graduates ready to make an impact.
DNB is more than Norway’s largest bank --- we are an international financial institution driven by innovation, integrity, and a commitment to shaping the future of finance. Recognised globally for our leadership in gender equality and inclusion, we are building a workplace where everyone can thrive and develop.
Join DNB Carnegie as a Graduate in 2026We are now hiring passionate and motivated graduates to join our Investment Banking team as part of the DNB Carnegie Graduate Programme, starting in August 2026. Whether you are set to finish your degree next year or have up to one year of work experience, this is your opportunity to launch your career in a high-performing, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
From day one, you will become a valued member of the team -- working side by side with experienced professionals on real projects and transactions. You will build both technical and interpersonal skills through structured training, on-the-job learning, and mentoring, while expanding your professional network across the DNB Group and beyond.
What the Programme offersThe Programme begins with an intensive onboarding and training period designed to build a strong foundation in key areas of corporate finance. You will take part in targeted courses, covering topics such as accounting fundamentals, financial statement analysis, and financial modelling in Excel.
After training, you will join our Corporate Finance team within Investment Banking, where you will take on meaningful responsibilities and contribute to client work from the start. The role will include a combination of qualitative and quantitative tasks, tailored to your strengths and interests over time. You will also have the opportunity to rotate across different teams within Investment Banking, giving you broad exposure to our products and services -- and helping you build a well-rounded skillset and a strong internal network.
