We are looking for passionate and talented Pizzaiolos to join our team at our popular restaurant.

As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests while working in a fast-paced, collaborative and creative environment.

Arbeidsoppgaver

• Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook high-quality pizza and other dishes according to the restaurant's menu, ensuring consistency and presentation.

• Menu Creation & Specials: Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menu options, daily specials, and creative pizza dishes that align with the summer season theme.

• Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure that all kitchen operations adhere to food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• Inventory Management: Contribute to kitchen inventory, ensuring proper stock levels, and communicate with management regarding any shortages or ordering needs.

• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure food quality and presentation meet or exceed guest expectations, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

• Time Management: Manage cooking times and ensure all orders are completed in a timely manner, especially during peak hours.

• Collaboration: Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest service.
