WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTWe are seeking a new colleague to lead our global sales organization, based in Oslo. As Head of Sales & New Business Development for Omega-3 your responsibilities will include:

Coach and lead team of several account managers for both Pharmaceutical- and Nutrition Omega-3 applications globally.

Leading the Global Marketing and New Business Development activities; development & implementation of strategic initiatives with aim of growing the business beyond current activities.

Engage as Global Key Account Manager directly with multiple international customers across the world; manage relationships and lead negotiations.

Close collaboration with Global Commercial & Technical Product Managers, Controlling, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production Sites to prioritize business activities and drive new projects.
The ideal candidate will be degree-qualified with extensive and relevant experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Nutraceutical industry and Sales. Experience required:

Education: PhD in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or similar, or MBA or similar.

Sales: Extensive experience in sales and key account management, ideally in the Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical industry.

High degree of strategic thinking, analytical thinking as well as good project management skills.

Excellent negotiation skills and high customer focus.

Experience leading large diverse teams across different time zones and cultures.

Language: Strong Business English a prerequisite; Norwegian considered a plus.

Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis is a prerequisite.
