We are looking for a Packaging Development Engineer to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge packaging solutions that meet both product and environmental goals.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop and implement innovative secondary packaging solutions aligned with product and sustainability objectives.

Contribute to the development of primary packaging solutions.

Manage packaging projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Collaborate with R&D, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.

Select and manage suppliers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable materials.

Create documentation including specifications, presentations, and technical drawings.

Represent packaging solutions in client meetings and conduct internal training sessions.
We are looking for a passionate and skilled professional with a background in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field---ideally holding a Bachelor’s degree, while a Master’s is considered a strong advantage.
You bring proven experience in packaging development, a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, and strong project management capabilities.
You are proficient in packaging design software such as SolidWorks, and fluent in English, our company language.

Our Corporate office is located in Spikkestad between Drammen and Asker, a 1-hour train ride from Oslo Central Station. The team consists of 8 individuals with a diverse range of experience within the industry.
