Arbeidsoppgaver

• Coordination of supplier assistance in accordance with Company policies for the Agreement for Technical Services (ATS)

• Initiate supplier call-off based on required approvals, signatures and documentation

• Responsible for the formal information between the Company and supplier regarding site, onshore- and offshore work (call of letter -- following up mobilization of personnel).

• Registration of personnel and required personnel information in the Company's Standard Tools.

• Verify available People on Board (POB) offshore (Booking of helicopter seats and arrange for accommodation offshore).

• Assist reporting according to project requirements, including central office of foreign tax affairs (Sentralskattekontoret for utenlandssaker, SFU).

• The ATS Coordinator has experienced there is a need for an ATS Field Coordinator to follow-up the Supplier on yard facilities.
