Skilled forklift drivers for cold warehouse

Are you an experienced forklift operator who enjoys physical work and wants to contribute to the food supply chain? 

We are looking for someone who thrives in a supportive work environment and is flexible with working hours. 

This is an active role with immediate start and good opportunities for permanent employment for the right candidate.

You will join a proactive and collaborative team at a well-established seafood warehouse located in Frogner, Lillestrøm. The work takes place in chilled warehouse and production facilities (4–8°C), where you will mainly operate forklifts and handle fresh and frozen fish – primarily salmon and white fish. The work is physical, varied and performed at a high pace.

• Operating forklifts (T1 and T4) in warehouse and terminal
• Loading and unloading goods
• Lifting and moving fish containers
• Picking and packing of products
• Contributing to cleanliness, food safety and efficient operations

You are reliable, detail-oriented and hands-on. You enjoy physical work, collaborate well with others and follow routines. You must be able to work all shifts and be comfortable working in a chilled environment.

• Valid forklift license (T1 and T4)
• Experience operating forklifts
• Good English communication skills
• Flexibility to work the following shifts: 06:00–14:00, 07:00–15:00, 08:00–16:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00

• Have experience from cold storage or food production
• Have your own car, due to location and shift flexibility
