• Willingness to do physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods, working in challanging weather)

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Cleaning and preparing guest cabins to a high standard

• Changing linens, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in cabins, common areas and restaurant

• Working efficiently to meet daily schedules
