Pursue Excellence with Stokke: The TeamThis role is an integral part of Stokke's Engineering Team, which is led by the Engineering Director who oversees the Engineering Center of Excellence. The team is responsible for technical product development, product maintenance and production support, textile development, and engineering, in close collaboration with the Engineering Manager. The Engineering Team also drives the Project Model and Technical Partner Strategy, ensuring that Stokke delivers high-quality, innovative products.
As part of this team, you will contribute to developing a strong culture of quality and performance in product development and maintenance. You will work closely with the textile and engineering innovation teams, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with key stakeholders to secure the successful delivery of PLM, NPD, and product maintenance activities and projects.
Take Responsibility: The Position Product Documentation Specialist - PLM Super UserBy managing the PLM system and working closely with the product development team, this role supports the flow of product information and drives continuous improvement in system functionality. The team ensures that our product development process is efficient, accurate, and well-documented.
As the PLM Super User, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining product documentation in Stokke’s PLM system (Teamcenter). This includes ensuring efficient system functionality, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the product development team with content management. You will also be responsible for training and coaching users across the organization to ensure the correct and up-to-date use of the system, driving continuous improvements in processes and documentation management.
Main Job Responsibilities PLM System Management & Support:-
Act as the primary super user for Stokke’s PLM system, ensuring optimal functionality and accuracy of product documentation.

Troubleshoot and resolve error messages or system malfunctions, escalating to ICT or the vendor when necessary.

Test and verify changes and new functionality within the PLM system, ensuring smooth integration with product development workflows.

Register improvement suggestions and track system claims, driving the development of Teamcenter.

Provide ongoing guidance, training, and coaching to PLM system users across departments, ensuring effective use and correct documentation handling.

Own the product document structure and content management processes, ensuring that product documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up to date.

Collaborate closely with product development teams to understand technical details and ensure proper documentation.

Manage documentation control and workflow, ensuring that all necessary documentation is properly handled and approved within the system.

Oversee the change order process in Teamcenter, ensuring proper documentation updates and product status tracking.

Ensure that the status of discontinued items (sales items) is properly updated in Teamcenter.
We are looking for a systematic, process-oriented individual who is a doer with the ability to work independently while being an active member of a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes strong ownership of tasks, and has a deep understanding of product documentation processes. You should have a passion for ensuring accurate, organized product data and be an advocate for PLM system advantages across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or a relevant field, combined with relevant industry experience.

Proven experience in managing product documentation through PLM systems, preferably with Teamcenter software.

Several years of experience in PLM system content management and a strong understanding of product development processes.

Strong communication skills with the ability to train, coach, and advocate for PLM system best practices.

Fluent in English.

Systematic and process-oriented with a strong ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary team.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical issues effectively.

Experience in product development processes is a plus.
