We need someone who can work under pressure, who can combine efficiency with cordiality and can handle periods with high traffic. You will be given training in the use of our terminals, cash points and systems. All info that guest will ask will be provided. But you must be able to handle a large amount of traffic with your colleagues during the rush hours.

English is the most important language, both for communicating with co-workers and guest. But the ability to speak; German, French, Italian, Spanish or a Scandinavian language can be very useful.

Arbeidsoppgaver

The role of shop attendant in our gift/ souvenir shop includes the following duties;

• pricing, dusting and stocking shelves.

• keeping a tidy workspace, sort storage, keep inventory.

• Operate the cash-point, cardterminal and tax free terminal

• wrapping and bagging gifts

• interact with guest, answering questions regarding the local area, directions and transport ect.

  
  

  Our gift/ souvenir shop is right next to the ferry port, creating a mix of high intensity traffic and quiet periods throughout the day.
