Snowflake Data Engineer

Required Skills:

• Skilled in building data products using the following tools: Dbt, Snowflake, Git.

• Experience with tools within Data collaboration (Cinchy), Orchestration (Airflow), Data monitoring/observability (Montecarlo)

• Data modeling.

• Data query languages (Sql).

• Data quality tools and concepts, including data lineage.

• Data warehouses, data lakes, data fabric, data mesh, etc.

• Distributed domain-oriented data development.

• Structure and organization in a bank/financial institution and Mortgages at a general level.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

• Design and build data products and data pipelines.

• Document work and data products.

• Ensure good data management.

• Automate processes.

• Maintain close dialogue with business, product owners, and data analysts to understand needs.
