We are now looking for skilled Automation Technicians and Refrigeration Technicians to join a modern and fast-growing seafood processing facility in Orkanger. In this role, you will work closely with production and technical teams to ensure stable operations, optimize systems, solve technical challenges, and contribute to the daily performance of the facility.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Start-up and optimization of technical systems and equipment
• Daily operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Follow-up of maintenance systems and spare part inventory
• Ensure internal control and technical documentation routines are followed
• Contribute to maintaining high internal and external quality standards
• Support continuous improvement and operational reliability

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• Trade certificate, technical education, or higher education within:
  • Automation
  • Refrigeration technology
• Experience from process industry, maritime industry, mechanical industry, electrical work, or similar technical environments
• A genuine interest in technical work and continuous learning
• Ability to work independently and systematically
• Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Norwegian and/or English communication skills
