Job summaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Controller to join our Finance team, reporting directly to the CFO. This role is critical in providing business analysis, financial insights, and controlling support to multiple business units across our international organization.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across countries and functions, supporting data-driven decision-making and business performance optimization. You will play an important role in strengthening our analytical capabilities by leveraging modern BI tools, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to improve financial insights, forecasting, and reporting efficiency.
You will also contribute to the continuous development of our finance processes, helping build a more digital and data-driven finance function.
Business Analysis & Reporting-
Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and business performance analyses

Coordinate the company’s forecast and budgeting process, including preparation of budget documentation, variance analysis, and management presentations

Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management

Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track business performance across different segments using modern BI and analytics tools

Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions, leveraging data analytics and AI-supported tools where relevant

Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with business unit leaders

Support regular forecasting and rolling forecast processes using advanced financial modeling and data-driven insights

Monitor and control costs, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains
-
Ensure financial controls and processes are implemented and maintained effectively

Support pricing strategies and price sensitivity analysis through financial modeling and market data analysis

Act as a trusted business partner to operational teams across our Consumer, Business, and Professional segments

Support business case development for new initiatives, products, and investments using data-driven analysis and scenario modeling
-
Communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders through clear visualizations, structured presentations, and modern analytical tools

Identify and implement improvements to financial reporting and controlling processes, including automation and the use of advanced analytical tools

Contribute to the development and optimization of financial systems, BI solutions, and data models
-
Promote the effective use of digital tools and AI-enabled solutions within the finance function to improve efficiency and insight generation

Ensure data integrity, governance, and accuracy in financial reporting systems
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
-
Approximately 7+ years of experience in business controlling, financial analysis, or similar finance roles

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

Solid experience with financial modeling, advanced Excel, and financial planning processes

Interest in leveraging data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve financial insights and process efficiency

Experience with ERP systems and modern BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar
-
Experience from controlling roles in international or multi-entity organizations is preferable

Experience from a technology, hardware, or fast-growing company environment is considered an advantage

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Analytical, structured, and comfortable working with data using technology
