Principal AI Engineer -Bislab (Oslo)

Bislab is a fast-growing software company transforming how credit assessment and risk management are done. We are building the next generation of AI-driven credit models and agentic risk management solutions -- with a software-first and API-first approach. We are now looking for a Principal AI Engineer to play a key role in developing our most advanced AI products and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of our AI product portfolio for agentic risk management.

• Build data pipelines to collect, structure, and analyze alternative data sources, including LLM-based solutions for unstructured data interpretation.

• Design and implement algorithms for credit assessment, risk analysis, and fraud detection.

• Implement robust security solutions for handling sensitive data.

We are looking for someone who

• Has extensive experience building AI/ML solutions in production.

• Combines strong coding skills with a solid understanding of system architecture and product design.
