We are recruiting cook for the Indian Restaurant in Kristiansand in Norway

Who will be responsible for making delicious dishes for our amazing customers.

DUTIES:

• Prepare, season, and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required.
• Ensure that standards for food preparation are followed.
• Ensure food safe practices are being followed throughout the entire flow of cooking and preparing food.
• Clean kitchen and work areas.
• Support the creation of holiday menus.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of Culinary school degree or foreign equivalency preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in foodservice or food preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Be able to work under pressure and high pacing environment.
• Fast, efficient and positive attitude
