Your main responsibilities will probably be:

Develop the feature set and scalability of the Attensi Technology Platform backend

Develop and establish secure and scalable APIs, and influence our technical discussions and decisions with your insight and knowledge. Currently, important decisions revolve around scalability, capacity planning, and security as well as choices related to orchestration of monolithic services and microservices through Kubernetes.

Any developer on the team will constantly be working on maintaining live environments as well as the development of new functionality. No matter what we code, we are all fans of lean processes and hassle-free development.

On the tech side of things, our backend infrastructure is hosted on AWS, and technologies used include: Ruby on Rails, .Net Core, PostgreSQL, Redis, Linux, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Kafka and Github (and Vue.js for frontend) - experience of working with some of these is good to bring along. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Travis CI, CircleCI, and/or AWS Codepipeline etc could come in handy too.

We would love to work with someone that is experienced and possesses good knowledge of API management and backend development with specific emphasis on Ruby on Rails.
