Helly Hansen is looking for an exceptional individual with a strong understanding for SEO to develop and implement global SEO strategy and drive global revenue growth.
You will play a key role in supporting Helly Hansen’s push for growth through driving traffic, revenue and efficiency through organic search. You’ll work closely with our agency partners and internal teams to deliver initiatives that improve SEO performance.
This role will be based in Oslo, Norway but will also support our North American business as required.
Key responsibilities- Develop and implement Helly Hansen’s SEO strategy across brand and non brand
- Work with our SEO agency and development teams to identify and implement initiatives that grow organic search traffic
- Work with development teams to implement SEO best practices for Ecommerce site inclusive of meta tags, titles, descriptions, and schema mark up
- Identify and work with development teams to resolve technical SEO issues.
- Partner with e-comm and development teams to execute and maintain best practice SEO on Hellyhansen.com
- Partner with the content team to develop SEO content including blogs, articles, and buy guides
- Conduct regular key word analysis to monitor customer intent
- Measure and report on the performance of SEO against core KPI’s and business goals
- Evaluate performance data make informed strategy optimisation decisions
- Stay up to date with industry trends and use your expertise to champion SEO throughout the organization

Location: Oslo, Norway
What we are looking for- 1-3 years working in an SEO role, preferably with an e-commerce retail brand
- Strong experience in SEO practices covering technical (site architecture, crawlability), content and UX
- A performance first mindset, with passion for driving growth through digital marketing
- A strong understanding of SEO KPI’s
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
- Experienced in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Experienced in using SEO tools such as GA4, SEM Rush and AH refs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects at once
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a global team environment
