Arbeidsoppgaver

Support for operations, maintenance and engineering work related to the planning, design, installation, and structural reliability of mechanical systems used subsea, such as subsea pipelines, pumps, transportation equipment etc. Participate in project planning, design, and execution of subsea systems and other subsea infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement SPTS software and integrity management programs for subsea assets, including inspection, repair, and operation activities.
• Conduct detailed engineering analyses and simulations to optimize the performance and reliability of subsea systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to vendors, projects and operation.
• Participate in the development of new processes and technologies to reduce costs and improve the efficiency of oil and gas processing.
• Ensure technical integrity and high production efficiency of the subsea production systems.
• Provide and develop services to investment projects, modification projects and in Lifecycle view
• Global service provider for subsea technology services
• Inventory control of pipeline and subsea equipment
• You are utilizing your knowledge independently to solve highly complex tasks with a short to medium-term tactical impact/risk.
• You address key business challenges that align with company`s short and long-term strategy via providing specialist support to your team and others.
• You independently communicate within the immediate team, across other areas, and towards key stakeholders from partners or external parties.
• You regularly navigate conflicting agendas and may lead negotiations with senior stakeholders.
• You resolve challenges, deliver improvements, and contribute to shaping best practices.
• You promote change initiatives, demonstrate flexibility to adopt new highly complex activities/ways of working and advice others.
• You follow and comply with safety, ethics, and compliance requirements and align with leadership expectations and company values.

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

• Knowledge of fabrication of pipe systems and material traceability.
• Knowledge of pipe production and subsea components
• Ability to process data in Excel
• Knowledge of database/web-based systems
• Knowledge of document control / LCI (Life Cycle Information)
• Knowledge of pipeline installation
• Knowledge of project logistics
• Language Requirements: English and Norwegian
