Identity and Access Management is of vital importance to us. It is a core component of our cyber security strategy, and vital to ensure all employees and customers have the access they need. IAM is the control plane for access to all systems and all data, in the cloud and everywhere else. As a financial services organization spanning many disciplines IAM is the primary control plane we use to show our auditors that our customers data is safe and access is according to compliance requirements.

Position Overview
We have built a world class IAM team of senior architects and developers, but we also recognize the fact that “IAM is 20 % technology and 80 % business processes”. We are looking for an analyst to join our IAM team, to bridge these two dimensions, and to make sure that the organization can enjoy the benefits of the new platform -- through automation of provisioning and access review, through efficient processes and intuitive user interfaces and through reduced risk and increased control over who has access to what. The role is primarily focused on business processes, working closely with the users of our IAM platform. The position requires a deep understanding of IAM principles and business processes, with a focus on collaboration and communication with various stakeholders. This role emphasizes human-to-human interaction, ensuring that our IAM solutions meet the needs of our users through effective communication and collaboration. The analyst must understand how IAM relates to the entire company, from technology to governance and compliance. The role is a liaison between the business, IAM team, SecOps team and our governance, risk and compliance department. The IAM analyst is a member of the IAM team.

Responsibilities

As an IAM Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Establish and document the IAM processes needed in the company

• Facilitating role engineering and access provisioning processes across the company

• Collaborating with managers, application owners, and security/compliance teams to define and enforce access principles

• An understanding of how to secure clear responsibilities and ownership through clearly written and understood steering documents

• Experience in using data driven dashboard to drive and measure guideline adoption

• Ensuring and facilitating regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations

• Analyzing and resolving IAM-related issues and incidents

• Focus on simple, usable and streamlined IAM processes

• Maintaining and updating IAM documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines

• Providing training and support to users and stakeholders on IAM processes and tools

• Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to IAM

• Collaborate closely with our corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance team

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

You should have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or proven experience in identity and access management or a related discipline. It is important to have strong knowledge of IAM principles, business processes, and best practices. You must be able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships across the organization.

Experience with IAM tools and platforms is necessary, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IAM is also important. Experience analyzing and visualizing data sets, as well as previous experience with project management, will be an advantage.
