HR Controller

As HR Controller you will specialize in labor cost control, budgeting and financial reporting. This position plays a key role in optimizing labor costs, ensuring accurate budgeting, and providing comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to support effective decision-making.

Duties and responsibilities

• Reporting and analyzes related to the activities of the HR departments budgeting and reporting activities:
  • HR budget and monthly headcount reporting
  • HR labour cost budgeting and re-estimation activities
  • Reporting HR KPI's and Social sustainability
    
• Monitor and analyze labor costs
• Provide support to the HR organization
• Other administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education, preferable within accounting and finance
• Experience within economics/finance is preferable, but we also welcome graduates to apply.
• Good Excel skills
• Knowledge and interest on how to build effective reporting systems
• Digital understanding
• Good knowledge of English, verbal and written
