Curious Application \& Quality Engineer looking for new opportunities?

Analyze our customer’s application requirements and present the most suitable sealing solutions for respective application.

Be a link between our customers and our product engineering departments, both regarding existing- and new products.

Provide technical advice and support to our customers.

Hold sales presentations/ technical trainings and demonstrations to our customers in cooperation with responsible Account Manager

Monitor and provide information about Trelleborg Sealing Solutions new product- or service releases to our internal departments and customers.

Present market trends and requirements from the different segments to our R&D- and engineering departments.

Search to constantly update our quality assurance system

Responsible for handling claims, tracking and implementing follow-up actions

Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.

A pro-active person with technical/quality understanding and interest, acquired from studies, work experience or both with knowledge and understanding why a good quality assurance system is needed

Experience with design and product development process

Understanding of industry standards

Good communication- and cooperation skills across interdisciplinary departments

Experience with seals and hydraulic/pneumatic systems preferably within oil & gas/energy, fluid power, automotive or marine applications

Understanding in FEA is preferable

Familiar with ISO standards

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions continuously develop new apps/ tools and programs to support our customers, so a generally good understanding and interest in new programs is preferred. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and a CRM/ERP tool is requested.

Written and spoken language skills in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.
