About the position:

Marketer.com is growing, and as a result, we are looking for up to 4 ambitious and detail-oriented Marketing Creative Interns who want to deliver fantastic digital marketing campaigns, develop good customer relationships, and provide exceptional customer service and follow-up. We are looking for someone who can work full-time.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Interested in marketing and technology

• Self-motivated and responsible with a high work ethic

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Empathetic and customer-oriented

• Fluent in English, with Norwegian fluency preferred

Skills and qualifications:

• Experience with marketing and design/production is advantageous, but not a requirement

• Experience with Figma is preferred

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, campaign setup, optimization, and similar is advantageous but not a requirement

• Experience with Shopify and e-commerce preferred

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process campaign orders

• Generate and quality ad content using AI tools and Figma

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone

• Create reports and maintain information flow both to customers and within the company

• Collaborate with the product and tech team to improve the service we deliver

• Participate in meetings and convey customer feedback
