Head of Customer Operations -- Build and Scale a Global Customer Function

Our customer is an international technology company experiencing strong growth. We are now looking for a hands-on leader for a key role. As Head of Customer Operations, you will play a central role in shaping and developing the company’s global customer service and Customer Success delivery.

This is a unique opportunity to build structures, systems, and processes from an early stage -- with significant impact on both customer experience and business performance.

About the role

You will have overall responsibility for establishing and scaling the company’s global customer operations. The role combines strategy and execution, and you will work closely with both leadership and regional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ownership of customer systems and tools (CRM/support platforms)

• Development and standardization of processes and ways of working

• Establishing governance models across regions

• Operationalizing Customer Success initiatives

• Using data and insights to improve customer experience and efficiency

• Driving continuous improvement, automation, and scalability
