Communications \& Brand Lead -- Help shape the voice of a Nordic AI infrastructure platform

About the role

Fossefall is building a Nordic platform for sovereign AI infrastructure powered by renewable energy. The company develops and structures large-scale AI infrastructure projects across the Nordics and works closely with international investors, technology partners and local stakeholders.

As the company grows, we are strengthening our organization with a Communications & Brand Lead who will help build and execute the company’s communication and brand platform.

This role sits close to company leadership and will translate strategy, milestones and partnerships into clear and consistent communication across investor, public and commercial audiences. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure that Fossefall’s narrative, messaging and external presence reflect the company’s ambition and development.

The role offers the opportunity to help shape the voice of one of the most ambitious AI infrastructure platforms currently being developed in the Nordics, working alongside leading advisors and industry partners.

Responsibilities

The Communications & Brand Lead will support the company across key communication areas, including:

Corporate communication

• Draft press releases and external announcements in coordination with the CEO
• Translate company milestones and partnerships into clear communication
• Support preparation of presentations and external communication materials

Brand and narrative

• Maintain and develop Fossefall’s brand positioning and communication tone
• Ensure consistency across presentations, website, press materials and external communication
• Monitor relevant industry news, policy developments and competitor positioning

Digital presence

• Manage and develop Fossefall’s LinkedIn presence
• Coordinate website content and communication updates
• Support digital communication related to company milestones and announcements

Investor and stakeholder communication

• Coordinate the monthly shareholder update process
• Support preparation of communication materials for investors and partners
• Contribute to structured communication around project development milestones

Coordination of external partners

• Coordinate work with external PR, branding and communication advisors
• Support communication planning around events, announcements and conferences

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is structured, commercially minded and comfortable working close to leadership.

Relevant qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or business
• 3--6 years experience from corporate communications, PR, branding or similar roles
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Experience drafting professional content such as press releases, reports or presentations
• Structured working style and strong attention to detail

Experience from infrastructure, technology, energy or consulting environments is an advantage.
