Product Advisor Engine Control and Automation Hardware

The Product Hardware group in Kongsberg Maritime is looking for a Product Advisor to be part of our team to develop and maintain engine control and automation hardware systems. We are looking for a person with a passion for marine applications, and preferably with knowledge about automation.

As a member of our hardware team in the product group, working with the Engine Control and Vessel Automation product teams, you will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our products.

• Develop control- and automation hardware solutions
• Maintain a library of applicable rules and standards for our products
• Investigate, develop, and document new ideas
• Create product documentation required for sales and delivery
  
  

• Bachelors’s, Master’s degree or technical college in computer science, electronics, automation or similar
• Preferably knowledge about navigation
• Good English communication skills, written and verbal
