Job responsibilities:

This position will provide document control for all project related documents, both contractor and operator documents, to the Berling project during all phases.

• Develop and maintain efficient and fit for purpose project document control process for the project

• Develop and maintain all project document control procedures and guidelines

• Develop and maintain the project Master Document Register

• Setup and maintain project document control interaction and interface with contractors

• Setup and maintain project correspondence interaction and interface with contractors

• Assist, guide and support contractors in any topics related to document control

• Setup and maintain project document control for OMV internal documents and deliverables

• Assist, guide and support in preparation of documents and deliverables for Decision Gates including review and approval processes

• Perform document control status checks on a weekly basis to ensure MDR is maintained and that project team members are aware of responsibilities and deadlines

• Provide document control status reports and flag any issues or concerns to Project Management

• Assist, train and support project team members and Project Management in any topics related to document control

• Interface with LCI and RFO documentation and ensure relevant requirements are met to enable smooth transition to Operation

• Active support achievement of the Berling HSSE objectives, targets and KPI’s

Your experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 5-10 years of project delivery experience from offshore oil & gas industry preferrable from NCS

• Demonstrate experience with project document control in an integrated team within engineering and construction during Exec

• Ability to apply consistent document control methodologies and deal appropriately with detail

• Strong analytical skills & excellent written and verbal English communications skills

• Proficient with the use of stand MS Office software and Project Controls tools (Pims, Primavera, Safran, M-Files, etc.)

• Must have a “team attitude, be self-motivated and willing to support delivery team personnel as required

• The ability to interact with specialist engineers, project teams and contractors is essential

• Experience in working for an upstream operator company
