Alcaidesa Boutique Hotel is excited to announce we are looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team! We have both permanent and seasonal positions from 01.05/01.06 - 01.11.

We are a small boutique hotel in Alcaidesa, Southern Spain.

🔍 What We Look For

• Previous experience as Chef or Kitchen Assistant
• A passion for providing excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills in English or Scandinavian language; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in the kitchen and helping the Head Chef with what is needed.
• A team player who contributes positively to a collaborative atmosphere

🎯 Responsibilities

• Preparing orders according to standard
• Kitchen prep.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Working in team of experienced chefs

Requirements:

• The role will require flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience from upscale hotels or fine-dining restaurants.
