About the position

Maze Feedback is a well-established software company backed by a strong, publicly traded investment group, Volaris Group, part of Constellation Software. With a solid foundation and a clear vision for the future, the company is ready for its next phase of growth. We are seeking a CEO with a strong customer focus and a commercial mindset who will actively contribute to expanding our market position and enhance our business drive and competitiveness.

As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for developing and executing the company's business strategy to achieve ambitious objectives. You will play a key role in building relationships with customers, partners, and the broader retail community to raise awareness of Maze Feedback. Internally, you will foster a culture of commitment, innovation, and curiosity, enabling employees to thrive and grow. Balancing technical and commercial strategies, you will ensure the organization, and its processes are continuously optimized for success.

About you

We are seeking an accomplished leader from the software or retail industry who demonstrates strong business acumen and a history of successfully driving growth and profitability within these sectors. Previous P&L responsibility and strong financial skills are essential, and experience within a listed company or group is an advantage.

As an individual, you are down-to-earth, curious, and independent, with a natural talent for motivating and coaching teams. Your drive for continuous improvement and contribution to company success is evident in your positive, solution-oriented approach, which helps build a culture of energy, collaboration, and ambition.

The position is based in Oslo and reports to Portfolio Manager Christian Lanng Nielsen at Volaris Group. Maze Feedback is part of a portfolio of 10 Nordic software companies, all with ambitious growth plans.
