Touch Call Recording Group provides compliance recording services for bank, finance, and insurance companies in the Nordics, Europe and Asia. We provide a complete managed service for compliance recording and recordkeeping with support for more than 60 different communications systems and telecom operators. Many of Scandinavia’s biggest financial instituations rely on our solutions to reliably and securely capture and store their communications, 24/7/365.

With a strong market-leadership in the Nordics and a growing international presence, we are now looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Tech Lead with a deep background in building cloud-native solutions.

About the role

Serving many of Scandinavia’s biggest financial institutions, we place a premium on reliability and security, while at the same time leaning forward and extending our products with modern AI-based capabilities.

As Tech Lead you will head one of our development teams. Our solutions are primarily built with C#/.NET on Azure, with an Angular/Typescript frontend, and we look for an experienced software engineer that can work hands-on and guide the team from initial design and architecture work to successful customer delivery. Strong .NET and cloud architecture experience is essential in this role.

You will collaborate closely with engineering-, product-, and project management to focus our development efforts on positive customer outcomes. This position can be located at one of our offices in Oslo, Halden, or Sandefjord.

We are looking for someone who

• Is ambitious, self-driven, and eager to learn

• Has experience leading a team of developers to bring value to customers

• Is passionate about technology and software development

• Is innovative and solution-oriented, creating value for customers and colleagues

• Holds a university or college degree with strong results

• Has a strong background in .NET Core, C#, Azure services, and SQL databases. Some knowledge of Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript is advantageous

• Communicates effectively in both a Scandinavian language and English
