We are looking for an energetic person who wants to join our fast-paced marketing team that will continue to build the Dæhlie brand globally. As a Graphic designer, you will be an important part of the marketing team and work in close collaboration with the team at our headquarter in Oslo, Norway.

About the RoleAs a Graphic Designer at Dæhlie Sportswear, you’ll play a key role in delivering best-in-class visual marketing assets across all our consumer touchpoints. You’ll report to Marketing Manager and will work closely with a dedicated team based at our headquarters in Oslo, Norway.
You’ll be responsible for the visual execution of the Dæhlie brand, ensuring that every design you create is on-brand, inspiring, and tailored for impact---whether it’s in a retail environment, on social media, or in a digital campaign.
Your Key Tasks & Responsibilities- Create campaign assets for Retail Activations , Social Media , Onsite Experiences , Paid Media , and Email Marketing
- Ensure brand consistency across internal teams and partners
- Collaborate on **content creation -**planning, concepting, and producing seasonal campaign materials
- Be part of a cross-functional team, working closely with retail, e-commerce, and product teams
- Coordinate marketing activations with selected retail partners
- Follow up on marketing campaigns to ensure all assets are correctly utilized and visible
- Maintain and enrich our Marketing Portal with up-to-date seasonal campaign materials
- Design and update seasonal sell-in tools and other sales collateral
- Tailor assets to suit platform-specific requirements and optimize for various digital channels
- Stay in tune with design trends and industry best practices

You are:
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic about brand building

- Comfortable working strategically while managing day-to-day execution
- Passionate about sports and community building
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday (or similar) is a plus
- Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Understanding of retail marketing and how to adapt assets for digital platforms
- Video editing and video creative are a plus in this role, as you will have the opportunity to incorporate dynamic video assets to elevate our campaigns.
