As a DevOps Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our M365 Collaboration and Power Platform initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and operation of our solutions. Your focus will be on fostering collaboration, improving processes, and delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business partners, the architecture team, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans
• Vision and Objectives: Align the team's efforts with business goals, creating a clear vision and prioritising high-impact areas
• Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring it reflects current business priorities
• Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with various teams to create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives
• Quality Focus: Promote best practices for design, security, and documentation to ensure high-quality outputs
• Continuous Improvement: Capture feedback, drive retrospective analyses, and proactively identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Leadership: Champion the product vision and stay updated on industry trends to ensure the team remains competitive
• Superuser Community: Drive a superuser community focused on personal productivity with Microsoft applications like Copilot, Teams, and others
• Performance: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and track progress against them and report on the status

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Experience in a DevOps role, preferably within the M365 Collaboration and Power Platform domain
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management, backlog prioritisation, and roadmap planning
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, relevant certifications are a plus
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to track KPIs and optimise product performance
