Process Engineers – Temporary 6-month contract

As we continue to scale up production at our state-of-the-art battery cell factory, we are looking for experienced Process Engineers to temporarily support ongoing operations and continuous improvement initiatives within our Vacuum Drying, Notching and Cell Assembly areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of process deviations and equipment issues.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure stable and efficient operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on OEE, yield, and process reliability.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all activities.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with automated production equipment and process optimization.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following is a plus:

• • Laser cutting/welding
  • Servo-controlled assembly systems
  • Vision-based inspection systems
  • SCADA/MES integration
  • Conveyor and material handling systems
• Working knowledge of quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC, DOE, and IATF16949 is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in English.
