Flexible Pipe Riser Engineer

Petrolink Support is looking for an experienced Flexible Pipe Riser Engineer to support our client's engineering and fabrication follow-up of flexible pipes.

Contract location: Stavanger or Oslo, Norway.

Tasks

Typical work tasks will be

• ITT preparation

• Prepare and follow-up external studies

• Follow up projects in early phase and in execution and delivery

• Prepare documentation to project decision gates

• Sporadic offshore work may be required

Qualifications

We are looking for the right candidate with the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree, preferably within marine/naval engineering is an advantage

• Experience with global analysis and design of risers systems is an advantage

• Experience with flexible pipe cross-section design is an advantage

• Experience with structural engineering is an advantage

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English is required

• You put the safety of people and environment first

• You have the ability to manage a 3rd party scope

• You have the ability to work independently and deliver tasks on time

• You have a commercial mindset

• You are flexible for some travelling in Norway and abroad
