We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of our paid digital channels and execute and optimize our organic social media presence, in line with the overall strategy. This is a hands-on specialist role for someone who knows how to run paid campaigns end-to-end, preferably within B2B environment, from setup and targeting to A/B testing, optimization, automation, and reporting, while also supporting our brand visibility through organic social execution.

Your responsibilities

Own and manage all paid digital channels (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, programmatic, retargeting, etc.) with a focus on measurable ROI.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns with a structured approach: targeting, A/B testing, funnel optimization, automation, and reporting.

Continuously analyze campaign data to generate insights and recommend improvements.

Manage and optimize our organic social media presence, including posting, content ideas, and light content production.

Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure aligned and impactful messaging.

Report on marketing performance with clear insights into pipeline and revenue impact.

What we are looking for:

3--5 years of hands-on experience working with paid media (LinkedIn, Meta and Google), ideally in SaaS or B2B tech, or from an agency environment.

Proven expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, campaign automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Demonstrated success managing and optimizing paid campaigns with significant budgets.

Experience with organic social media (LinkedIn, Meta), including ideation, copywriting, and light content creation.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Skilled in audience segmentation and engagement.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Experience in global SaaS markets is an advantage.

A team player who collaborates effectively but can also work independently and take ownership.

Agency background in performance marketing is a strong plus, but not required.
