We’re looking for talented chefs with experience in Italian cuisine to join our team immediately for the summer season — from now until August 31st.

Vilma Sjøbad is a boutique hotel and restaurant located right on the Oslofjord, offering a stunning setting for a truly unique dining experience. We're building something special — and we need chefs who take pride in their craft to help bring it to life.

• Full-time seasonal position (100%) starting ASAP until Aug 31
• Competitive pay
• Housing available: Private room in a large villa just 5 minutes from the restaurant — only 4000 NOK/month

• Be part of a tight-knit, professional team delivering quality Italian-inspired food

• Experience in professional kitchens — Italian cuisine is a big plus
• Strong mise en place and kitchen operation skills (lunch & events)
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
• Ability to work well with both back and front-of-house teams

• Fluent in English (Norwegian is a bonus)

• Available evenings and weekends

• Prepare and present dishes aligned with our trattoria-style concept
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency
• Keep your station clean, organized, and efficient

• Follow kitchen routines and cost-control guidelines

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment
