We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager with a solid background in product development to join our growing Program Management Team. In this role, you’ll lead multidisciplinary R&D projects from early concept to launch --- working closely with our technology-driven R&D team, production, and external partners to bring new, cutting-edge products to market.
The projects are complex and require coordination across different teams and technical disciplines. To succeed, you’ll need a mix of structure, planning, and direction-setting --- combined with creativity, problem-solving skills, and clear communication. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and staying close to the product, this could be a great fit!
Key Responsibilities-
Take full ownership of R&D projects from start to finish --- making sure they stay on track, on time, and within budget.

Work closely with teams across different departments, as well as external partners, manufacturers, and suppliersto keep everything moving smoothly.

Help shape project structure and planning bycontributing to the work of the Program Management Office.

Regular on-site presence (2--3 times per month) to our headquarters in Vats for hands-on collaboration.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technology-related field.

At least 2 years of experience as a project manager --- or similar experience in product development, product management, or engineering, preferably within robotics or automated solutions.

Hands-on experience working in cross-functional teams , with a strong grasp of both the technical and business sides of product development.
