We have some exciting positions that we would like to fill in our kitchen and restaurant. We are looking for chefs, but also a chef responsible for lunch and a chef responsible for dinner for our visiting groups. We are alos looking for a Breakfast Manager.

We are looking for a talented and experienced restaurant manager to lead our culinary team and contribute to exceptional guest experiences.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a positive and outgoing person to fill the position of breakfast Manager in our restaurant. Breakfast is a very important part of the hotel experience for guests, and it is therefore the breakfast waiter's responsibility to ensure that guests have a pleasant start to the day. If you are a “morning person” with lots of energy, you will fit in well with us.

Your tasks will include clearing and washing tables, serving light meals, ensuring that everything and the buffet is in order, and keeping the restaurant clean and tidy throughout your shift. Prepear the restaurant and help with lunch. Good customer service and a good work enviroment is our main focus, and we are constantly attentive to our guests' needs. The restaurant can be very busy at times, so efficiency and organization here is the key.

We can offer a varied and exciting job in an active and pleasant working environment. As a breakfast manager with us, you will be working in a team, so it is important that you have good teamwork skills and are flexible. We are helpful both to the guests who stay with us and to our employees.

Who are you

Experience as a Chef in professional kitchens. Knowledge of international and/or Nordic cuisine. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience in stock and inventory management is an advantage. Communicative English or Norwegian language skills. Passion for delivering exceptional food and guest experiences.

Qualifications

You have a professional qualification as a chef with good references.

You should speak a Scandinavian language, but must be able to speak and write good English.

You have good communication skills.

You are service-minded and tidy.

You enjoy working in a team and in a hectic environment.

You are solution-oriented and structured.

You take challenges in your stride

You have a good sense of humour

You must have a professional, personal and positive approach to colleagues and guests.

You must have knowledge of IK (internal control) food

You must have an understanding of economical and cost-effective operations
