The Role: Procurement Excellence Manager

We are seeking a new Procurement Excellence Manager to develop and drive procurement operating model best-practices in the new organization. In this key role, you will foster cross-platform collaboration, strengthen procurement skills, and support each platform in reaching their procurement objectives. You will be a part of the Procurement Excellence Team and report directly to the Procurement Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, execution, and codification of best-in-class procurement practices across the organization, including processes, procedures, controls, reporting and systems, to improve procurement efficiency
• Drive the development of a well-structured post-merger procurement organization by fostering strategic collaboration, encouraging knowledge sharing, ensuring adherence to best practices across platforms
• Support each platform with expertise and guidance to reach their respective goals
• Develop and manage training programs to build and enhance procurement skills
• Ensure compliance with regulations, trade policies, and sustainability standards, incl., drive initiatives to comply with Group ESG goals and reduce CO2 emissions
• Develop and manage concepts for Category Management and Supplier Relationship management

Your professional qualifications:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in procurement, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement with a proven track record of developing and executing procurement practices to achieve efficiency and cost savings
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with strategic procurement tools and methodologies
• Relevant courses and certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, or similar) are an advantage but not mandatory
• Ability to be understood in written and spoken English, with knowledge of a Nordic language considered an advantage
