About the Role
As a Project Manager at Aragon, you will play a key role in project execution, ensuring that resources, risks, HSEQ, commercial aspects, quality, and progress are effectively managed. Our highly skilled engineering team delivers a diverse range of projects, from early-phase concept and FEED studies to turnkey, complex process modules and systems.

Role & Responsibility

Overall responsible for the project, including resources, commercial, quality and progress

Ensure high focus on HSEQ in the project

Project risk management
-
Establish and be responsible for project management deliverables, action logs and registers

Guide and follow-up all project related work, and ensure efficient overall project execution to the right quality, cost and time
-
Motivate project team and have a multicultural awareness

Report to Aragon senior management
-
Prepare and negotiate change orders in projects

Ensure good communication with all parties in the project

Follow-up subcontractors and suppliers
-
Contribute to proposal and contract work, both technical and commercial
Qualifications

Master or Bachelor degree preferably within engineering
-
Experience within project management from the oil & gas industry, new energies industry, or other relevant processing industry

Experience from engineering and vendor follow-up

It is desirable to have applicants who, in addition to project management, can also participate in engineering work in the projects they lead

Solution oriented and good leadership skills

Experience from working in multidiscipline teams and handling interfaces

A commercial mindset

Good technical knowledge

Strong work ethics and a proactive attitude

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience with direct communication with clients and vendors

Fluent verbal and written English

Flexibility to travel and to work across other locations
