Waiter / Waitress

We are looking for a friendly and service-minded waitress/waiter to join our lovely team at Helt Vilt and Bistro Budapest - two unique restaurants located in Mathallen Oslo.

This position is 60--100%, and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys making guests feel welcome, and brings positive energy to the workplace.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and polite -- with a genuine passion for creating great guest experiences. You should be enthusiastic about food, service, and people, able to stay calm and focused during busy shifts, and bring a good sense of humour, flexibility, and team spirit to the workplace.

Main tasks include:

• Taking orders and creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience.

• Serving food and drinks, recommending and presenting dishes.

• Keeping the dining area and workspace clean and organized (some dishwashing included).

• Serving beer, wine, soft drinks, and preparing simple cocktails.

• Handling payments.

• Clearing tables and assisting with opening / closing routines.
