As Area Manager you will be responsible for managing and leading store operations across a designated geographical area within the Sushitake group in Norway
This role involves oversee operational excellence across multiple sites ensuring consistent achievement of financial, operational and customers service goals.
You will work closely to the store managers providing guidance training and motivation to maintain high standards and drive business success by implementing structures and procedures approved by the business and ensuring they are followed, helping to make Sushitake the employer of choice.
Key to this role is a broad general understanding of daily operations related topics and compliance and deep understanding of health and safety regulations.
What you`ll need:
At least 3 years of experience as area manager, store manager or similar managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry .
· Strong knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
· Proven experience conducting audits based in health and safety standards
· Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
· You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others and at the same time takes responsibility.
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· People oriented, data driven and proactive
· Fluency in Norwegian.
· Fluent in English and desirable advance in chinese
Arbeidsoppgaver

Operational oversight which includes oversee the daily operations of the stores within the assigned area to ensure the adherence to company policies, quality standards and service protocols.

Optimize operations to ensure efficiency.

Conduct regular visits to each location to review performance, identify issues and support store managers/ Franchisees to reach the performance goals and develop action plans to achieve the targets.

Dealing with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.

Boost team confidence and evaluate performance using key metrics addressing issues to improve it.

Conduct regular auditory reviews and provide feedback to encourage growth and address areas needing improvement.

Conduct regular health and safety auditory ensuring compliance with both health and safety regulations and the company`s policies.

Monitor and enhance customer service levels across all the location ensuring a consistent experience.

Manage area budgets and analyse financial performance including sales, profitability and cost controls.

Address customer complaints or issues in collaboration with store managers/franchisees, implementing solutions to improve satisfaction.

Implement sales strategies approved by the Company to maximize revenue and drive growth within the area.

Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and ensure stores are aligned with brand guidelines and identify trends and opportunities.

Ensure efficient stock management and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Coordinate with the procurement team to address any shortages or delivery issues.

Prepare and submit regular reports on area performance including financial results, sales growth and operational challenges.
