Performance Excellence - is a group of five passionate people helping Norwegian work smarter and better every day. As part of Business Performance, the Performance Excellence team works closely with the organization to deliver on our strategy by removing waste, streamlining processes, and finding better ways forward based on data and insight. We are turning continuous improvement into a competitive advantage.
Reporting to the VP Performance Excellence, you will be responsible for:- Leading large scale cross-departmental improvement initiatives utilising Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance processes, eliminate waste and increase customer satisfaction across all areas of the organisation
- Analysing complex data sources to identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes
- Supporting departments and cross-functional teams to map processes and value streams, (re)design workflows, and implementing standardised procedures using best practices according to Lean methodology
- Securing adherence to regulatory standards through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including safety and compliance teams.
- Developing KPIs together with department and managers and collaborating with Business Performance to measure performance and ensure alignment with budgetary goals and other targets
- Preparing documentation and reporting to present to Leadership Teams (incl. Executive Management) to update on progress, secure alignment and buy-in of key stakeholders
- Executing training and design supporting frameworks to foster a culture of continuous improvement and positively influence the implementation of practices that will drive Performance Excellence
- You will explore complex problems together with the business to reach the solutions to be implemented
- You will collaborate with the business both at a holistic level to gather required information and secondly perform quantitative and qualitative analysis that will inform data driven decisions
- You will assess all areas of a business or value stream to identify improvements
- You will have the possibility to travel in Europe with employee priced tickets

- Relevant MSc in Business, Aviation, Logistics or other complex topics or comparable work experience
- Minimum 4 years full-time relevant work experience in business consultancy, change management, project management with preferably focus on Lean principles
- Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies - Lean Green or Black Belt certification highly regarded
- Proven experience in process optimisation, project management, and change management is essential
- Proficient analytical and change management skills with a desire to challenge the status quo
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills - experience presenting to and influencing key stakeholders at an Executive Management level highly regarded
