Senior Commercial Manager / Head of O\&M

Fred. Olsen Windcarrier (FOWIC) is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager / Head of O&M to strengthen our Commercial Team.

FOWIC is a leading provider of offshore wind transport and installation (T&I) and operations and maintenance (O&M) services, with a global footprint and more than a decade of operational experience.

As a key member of the commercial team, you will strengthen FOWIC’s position in the growing offshore wind O&M market, while also supporting continued growth within T&I.

This is a senior role reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, with significant influence on commercial strategy, client engagement, and long‑term value creation. The position is based in our offices in Oslo or Fredericia.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop FOWIC’s commercial strategy, market positioning, and client engagement within O&M market
• Drive the development and commercialisation of new O&M services and offerings
• Support and lead T&I commercial opportunities when required
• Build, manage, and grow key client accounts globally
• Convert market intelligence and leads into a strong sales pipeline across O&M and T&I
• Lead tendering activities, ensuring high‑quality, competitive, and timely submissions
• Take a leading role in contract negotiations and contract closure

Professional Experience / Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in a commercial role within the offshore wind O&M and/or T&I
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a commercial or technical discipline
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships; an established industry network is an advantage
• Experience in developing existing services and establishing new service and scopes
• Proven track record for tendering and negotiating contracts within the maritime sector
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Outgoing, curious, and a collaborative team player with strong communication skills
• Fluent English at negotiation level
