What you’ll doAs part of the team, your main tasks will include both operational and continuous development initiatives within the team:
- Underwriting support, registration, handling of documents, control of policies and handling of changes made to the policies during the contract period.
- Documentation work and compliance; periodic reporting
- Participation in improvement initiatives and process improvements in the department
- Communication with other departments within the company as well as external communication with clients, brokers and other business partners and contacts
- Other administrative work
- CRM Superuser with responsibility for driving improvements and maintenance of the CRM systems as a tool to support the sales and client processes.
The position is based in Marine Benefits’ Bergen office.
What we are looking forOur ideal candidate is service‑minded, flexible and solution‑oriented. You work well under pressure, are comfortable with handling several tasks simultaneously and enjoy working in a dynamic and hectic environment. A positive attitude is a must. Although you are a team player, you also enjoy working independently. Applicants must have a structured mindset and a keen eye for detail, yet still be able to see the bigger picture. You are trustworthy, comfortable with a high level of responsibility and place great emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Background from a back‑office role in an international sales organisation, or from insurance/finance/shipping
- English and Norwegian fluency is a must (verbal and written)
- Advanced Excel skills and solid proficiency across Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Dynamics 365, Teams)
- Applicants who is strong user of **CRM,**preferably Dynamics 365 in a commercial/operations context would be preferred; you’re comfortable administering day‑to‑day configuration (views, selections/reports, templates fields), managing user access/roles, and guiding colleagues.
- A university, college, or equivalent education to Bachelor level; applicants with relevant professional experience will also be considered.
