We are looking for a Documentation Specialist to support our Marine and Offshore Wind (MOW) division. In this role, you will collect, prepare, and deliver essential technical and compliance documentation in the correct format---helping customers receive complete, timely, and compliant documentation packages during both bid and delivery phases.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate documentation flow: Gather required documents from internal teams and suppliers, ensuring completeness and compliance with project requirements.

• Prepare and format packages: Organize technical manuals, certificates, datasheets, and compliance documents into clear, customer-ready formats.

• Support bid and delivery phases: Compile documentation for tenders and project handovers, including installation manuals, warranty documents, certificates, and test reports.

• Act as customer contact: Respond to documentation requests and ensure timely delivery aligned with international standards (e.g., DNV-GL, ABS, IECEx).

• Collaborate internally: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and sales teams to collect accurate technical information.

• Drive process improvement: Suggest and implement ways to streamline documentation workflows for better efficiency and quality.
